At the request of the WBPOA membership the board has been asked to address persistent parking on the WBPOA roadways.
The board requests that residents and their guests do what is necessary to insure that all common areas and roadways remain open and passable.
Where problems persist the Benton County Sheriff will now be immediately contacted. Such vehicles may be removed at the owner's expense.
WBPOA also reserves the right to otherwise pursue such legal remedies as may be available in any particular circumstance.
